Every website has an expiration date but with proper maintenance a site can easily last 5 years. BertjanSax is an exception to the rule. We replaced our very first website we ever made… Actually mainly in honor of the copper anniversary because even after 12.5 years it still did its job well, there were still registrations and it was still number 1 in Google.
The project
Okay, fair is fair, after 12.5 years, and even earlier, we thought the website could use a refresh in terms of design. But why would you change something that still does its job so well technically and commercially. We believe in honest advice, if a website really needs replacing, we will say so, but if maintenance is sufficient, we will say so too. We are not an agency that just changes for the sake of changing (and just to sell a new website), but this anniversary was a good moment for a nice offer. On to the silver anniversary!
