Besides the usual legislation, a lot of additional rules apply to psychology practices. Synergie, a practice for Psychologists and Educators in Losser, also required a significant amount of additional information from health insurers and professional organizations. Walls of text that no one will read and that compromise accessibility, but what must be done must be done. And we’ve succeeded again in making it clear.
The project
Instead of responsive design, we opted for a mobile-first approach. All mandatory information is neatly and clearly incorporated into accordions instead of long blocks of plain text. This allows the visitor to maintain control and avoid being overwhelmed. The website exudes a calm and friendly atmosphere through the use of soft pastel colors and subtly rounded corners. And regarding the photography, instead of the standard, depressing business photos, we opted for cheerful, friendly images. All of this creates an inviting and accessible look.
